| Admissions/Communications Representative The Admitting Representative admits patients to the IMG clinics and helps maintains a positive public image. Job Duties Include: Interview incoming patients or their representatives to secure admitting and billing information. Prepares admission forms and obtains signatures as required. Verifies insurance coverage for outpatients and outpatient surgeries. Determines urgency of needed care for patients upon arrival. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. Credentials: N/A Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work effectively while unsupervised. Must have excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to successfully multi-task.
